Here at DM Inspection Services, I have completed  Ohio's rigorous licensing process and acquired the Federal Aviation Administrations Part 107 Drone pilot certificate. Additionally I am licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture to conduct wood destroying insect (Termite) diagnostic inspections. I proudly bear the distinguished title of Certified Professional Inspectors CPI®, having undergone comprehensive training through InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org). InterNACHI is renowned as the world's largest nonprofit organization dedicated to residential and commercial property inspectors, providing exceptional education, training, and certification.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® have successfully completed the demanding Inspector Exam, adhere unwaveringly to the comprehensive Standards of Practice, maintain a strict Code of Ethics, and consistently pursue accredited Continuing Education courses on an annual basis to ensure their continued membership standing.

To achieve this certification, I underwent rigorous training encompassing every facet of homes, both inside and out. This training delved into common and critical areas of concern for home buyers, spanning the foundation, heating and cooling systems, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. I proudly graduated from the globally acclaimed InterNACHI® School, the singular home inspector college offering a nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
